Look for the items you want and order them by clicking your mouse on the item, selecting any options for that item and clicking the Add to Basket button. Fill your shopping cart with as many products as you like and follow the step-by-step instructions to check out. It's easy! GENERAL INFORMATION:
Your order is very important to us and we know that it is very important to you to have it acted on quickly. Complete orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours Monday – Friday upon receipt of order during normal business hours, unless you are notified otherwise. Should a product be on backorder, we will notify you within 24 hours. If an item in your order will be delayed beyond a reasonable time, we will ship what we can quickly and then send out a second shipment at no additional cost to you. If there are unusual delays or problems with any specific items, we will stay in touch with you with all updates. We will do everything in our power to get you the items on your order by the date you specify. If it is not possible to do so, we will advise you as such.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you find the need to return an item, please follow our return policy.

• First, you must call us within 7 days of purchase during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET Monday - Friday) at 407-678-3062 or toll free at 1-888-678-3062 to obtain a return authorization number.
• The product purchased for which you are seeking a refund is required to be returned to us in it's original packaging prior to the refunding of the purchase amount. We will then be happy to reimburse you for the purchase price of the product. A 20% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment will be covered by the shipping company. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please call us within 7 days of purchase during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET Monday - Friday) at 407-678-3062 or toll free at 1-888-678-3062 and your claim will be processed immediately.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most shipping in the United States is done through United Parcel Service. Under certain circumstances, US Mail or another carrier will be used.

We cannot ship to anyone outside of the United States.
